Night Time Skincare Routine

I used to let my self sleep without cleansing my face but sooner I realized it’s a big NO, NO! I’ve been using alot of skincare products… (when I say alot I really mean it) of facial wash and cleansing foams that’s anti-acne and hypoallergenic. I’ve tried everything from Neutrogena, Garnier, Ponds, Celeteque and many more products that claimed to cure and fight against acne. I really have sensitive skin. When I put any makeup on my face I get breakouts the day after. I can’t settle for a specific product each month. I always get this tiny zits on my cheek and forehead. But soon I tried into organic skincare products. At first I had this Zivine Organics which has witch hazel extracts and my first impression was great but sooner my pimples started to spread and it started breaking out  my face. It really concerned me that time.

And so finally I switched into a not too mainstream beauty brand which is Himalaya Herbals. I found this randomly when I was just strolling around the grocery store . It claims to be essentially removing dark spots, cleanses and clarifies impurities, revealing a clear, glowing and healthy skin.  I also tried first the Purifying Neem Wash (which is loaded with the natural goodness of neem, a time-tested natural ingredient revered for its antibacterial property, which keeps Pimples at bay) but since I am aiming for white complexion I had to try this Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Face Wash.

I wash my face twice a day (at morning when taking a bath and at night before goint to bed). I just really love how it smells and it smoothens my skin right after rinsing.

Just to clear out impurities left on my pores and to get rid of pimples I use my Eskinol Deep Cleanser Mild for Teens.

When I was in highschool my mom never recommended me to use this brand for she says it’s strong for the skin and it might damaged mine (I was young enough that time) and soon when I’m already in college my curiousity brought the idea on me to buy one. I’ve been using almost all Eskinol products since first year college (Papaya Smooth White, Oil Control, Classic White, Spotless White and Pimple Fighting) and honestly it worked for me. But since I bumped into this newest release cleanser ideal for teens like me I also had a try on it.

After gently rubbing my face with a cotton pad and a liberal amount of Eskinol I then take my Lactezin Anti-Acne capsule.

Lactezin is a natural and safe alternative or complementary therapy for the treatment of acne containing Lactoferrin, Vitamin E and Zinc. I take it once/twice a day but it’s recommended to take it twice/day (morning & night) for better results. I’ve been taking this for a year already and it honestly helped me out on my acne problems.

What are your skincare routine? Does it work for you? How long have you been using this? Comment it down below. 😉
