    Holiday Season Dine-out: Pancake House

My mom finally had a day-off for the holiday season and so we decided to go out together. Since my sister is still on her duty on mornings, it’s just me and my mom who went to Robinsons Galleria to take some ramblings. After that short stroll around the mall, we decided (apparently it’s just me who demanded to eat ’cause I am really starving I didn’t have my breakfast) to dine at the Pancake House. My first thought about Pancake House is just all about pancakes and sweet incantations until I saw their featured menus outside their shop and I was fascinated with this Bacon Maple meal thing. Celebrating Mini Reunion: KOA Treehouse

We spent our Christmas Reunion with my college friends at KOA Treehouse. I was about to reserve a table for 7 of us but unfortunately, 4 of us were the only ones who luckily spared time for the mini get-together. Since we went there on weekend, they don’t allow reservations so I decided to get there before their opening hours so we could list our names earlier. (Guide for first-time diners: There’s this blackboard hanging right beside the entrance of the resto where you are going to list your name and the number of people with you. Once they are open a staff will call your name and count if…

    Boosog Lasang Pinoy

We went here at Boosog Lasang Pinoy with our client from Australia for our lunch out. We walked a kilometer away from the workplace to reach the place not really far away from Mango Square. When we already arrived inside, our table is already reserved and so we seated and waited for our orders to come through. Finally, here it is! With no hesitation, we started eating the moment the foods are already served in our table. l really love Filipino restos and it feels like their specialties and delicacies have a special place in my heart. What I loved about their menu (and I could still recall the taste while typing this review) is their…

    Resto Takeover: Chikaan Cebu

After an exhausting day yet fun together with Chad we treated ourselves some lutong-bahay comfort foods and we ended up here at Chikaan Cebu. The place was noisy and crowded but nevermind we just seated at the right corner since the seats on the middle part are reserved and taken. When are already seated we are handed with the menu book. I chose Baked Scallops for my appetizer and Grilled Pork Belly for main course. Chad had Dinuguan and Chicken BBQ. For our refreshments we have the bottomless Lemonade and to mention the rice is also bottomless! It took almost half an hour to serve everything we ordered and the…
